Cannot change date on booking calendar

It seems to be on both mobile and desktop with the calendar on the home page: https://www.mockfordelectriciansportsmouth.co.uk

But when on the full page it works ok:https://www.mockfordelectriciansportsmouth.co.uk

Also having problems with the customer emails not always sending, do you have a set up reference guide I can refer to on that one?
