Cannot change colors

    I have tried to change the colors in the free Bauhaus theme. Nothing happens when I hover or click on the colored circles in the branding area. I have tested this in different browsers and in Chrome incognito to try to determine if it was a computer issue. No luck. I thought the colors were able to be changed in the free version. Am I wrong?

  • It sounds like your desktop theme (or another plugin) may be interfering with the JavaScript used in our admin screens. If you check your browser’s web inspector you will likely see some JavaScript errors in the console.

    (Temporarily) disabling the offending plugin should allow you to complete your WPtouch configuration.

    Thank you! I found that Komper (a product comparison plugin) was the plugin causing the issue. I am able to deactivate Komper, change the colors in WPtouch and then reactivate Komper. Perfect.
