Cannot change character set

  • I have successfully upgraded my wp to 2.9.1 beta. Suddenly my settings character encoding changed and I could not use the Romanian language anymore. While I was trying to change the reading character encoding I have received this message and was not able to edit that anymore.
    “Your attempt to edit your settings has failed.

    Please try again.”
