Cannot change background image

  • I am working on WordPress 3.5.1 on a dev site, and a live site. I was able after many tries to change the SideOffer background image on my dev site, and the client approved it. Now I’m trying to do the same on the live site and cannot get the background image to change. Each time I upload an image, or select it from the Media Library, nothing happens, and the horizontal pixel position box value goes from -500 to -NaN.

    Any idea what’s happening?

  • I got the same problem. I read from one of the thread, someone solved the problem by disable all plugins — upload the photo — activate plugins. I tried but not working for me tho.

    I don’t know if you fixed the background issue for the plugin. I fixed it by link the image to post.

    Same issue(s) here as well. Cannot select an image (have had it running since March, just wanted to change my image), and the IN value keeps changing as well.

    Same issue for me.
    Seems like they are not supporting the plugin anymore or it has become incompatible.
    If someone finds a fix, please post it.
