Cannot centre footer widgets if less than four

Taken from the Dyad 2 specs:
Dyad 2 has Footer Widgets area in four columns
Dyad 2 has one dynamic widget area in the footer that will display in up to four columns depending on how many widgets are added.
That’s OK if I have four widgets in the footer because they will be nicely centred. However, if using Jetpack widget visibility, to only show one, two, or three widgets, the widgets are left aligned with a gap to the right. The greater the widget number excluded, the greater the gap. This page has only three widgets displayed, all left aligned, which looks wrong.
How could I centre the widgets when less than four are displayed?
