Cannot Cancel Bookings From Confirmation Email

  • My customers have been telling me of a fatal error when trying to cancel their appointments. I was able to duplicate it when I try to cancel it from the appointment confirmation email. When I press the “Cancel Appointment” button in the email I get the error below. If I go to the site and sign in to my account, it cancels just fine.

    Any ideas?

    I still have not been able to fix this. I’m not sure if it’s fixed in the new version, but given the comments, I’m not comfortable upgrading yet.
