Cannot browse database file

same problem, the file is encrypted

I answered myself as crazy .. had to upload and download the database (the file) with the FTP client set in binary transfer..but the file appears corrupt.

I created the database file with phpSQLiteAdmin and everything worked fine but one thing. I had to change the permissions of the file, such that the web server could access it.
