cannot begin

I cannot even edit the introductory post that says edit or delete this post and start blogging. I see a window where I can reply to that post, but not anything that will let me delete or edit. Matter of fact, I cannot even figure out how to do any kind of administrative stuff to either of my blogs. Pretty sure I am logged in.
