    Hi Vinosaurus, sorry you are having trouble. Can you clarify though – What link disappears after a few seconds?

    The link “Export / Import” in the customizer to call the plugin disappears after approx 1 second after loading the page.

    That sounds like some sort of conflict. It could be with your theme? What theme are you using?

    What you can do is temporarily deactivate all other plugins to see if the problem persists with your theme.

    I tried the Twenty fifteen theme for testing. It still didn’t work. Alternatively, I have deactivated all plugins (except Cust. Ex./Im). Unfortunately, that didn’t change anything either.

    Well, that is quite odd. I have tested with TwentyFifteen, various browsers and even PHP versions and have no issue. The tab remains in the customizer. See: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuQ4A1W

    Can you tell me what Operating System, Browser and Browser version number you are using so we can test further?
