cannot back up

  • I cannot make a backup. I get these message regarding errors:
    23rd nov 2014 3.41.34 PM Error The activity failed: The server failed to retrieve the backup. The reason is unknown. Please consult the activity log.

    The unknown error token the server returned was: UNKNOWN_FAILURE

    23rd nov 2014 3.41.18 PM Error File /web/error/.no_delete was skipped: Permission denied

  • I’ve been getting this UNKNOWN_FAILURE for scheduled online backups for months now, on multiple websites. Our server runs PHP Version 5.4.35.

    For now, you can manually perform a local backup… that seems to work.
