Cannot attach Multiple Images to 1 Post?

Great plugin! I’m having a difficult time attaching more than 1 image to my posts, however. My code for my Post page is below:
[fu-upload-form form_layout=”post_media” append_to_post=”1″]
[input type=”text” name=”post_title” id=”title” class=”required” description=”Stack Title”]
[input type=”file” name=”photo” id=”ug_photo” class=”required” description=”Your Cards” multiple=”true”]
[input type=”submit” class=”btn” value=”Submit”]
[/fu-upload-form]I followed the threads I found regarding multiple=”true” and append_to_post=”1″; however, still no dice. I greatly appreciate the assistance!
