• I have a WP network with 120 sites. I have created custom profiles for 102 of these sites. I was able to assign the appropriate profiles to 94 of the sites but I cannot get it to work for the remaining 8 (which are currently using the default profile). I am able to change the profile assigned the 94 sites but it refuses to save the changes to the final 8.

Is there a limit on how many profiles can be in use? Has anyone else experienced this? I can’t find anything in my logs to indicate what the issue might be.

  • Hello @trink79,

this problem is new to us. We do not think that there a problems regarding a limit since we have customers using NADI with more sites.

Could you please check if there are any errors inside your php error log or within the web browser developer console (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I) when you try to navigate to the sites that are not affected by the assigned profile?

    Best regards,

There is nothing in any logs (NADI log, PHP log, WP log, server log) or the browser console. The only mention of NADI in the logs is user login entries.

I was able to assign the correct profiles manually in the database to get this to work. Obviously this is not what I want to do in future if we add more sites to the network.
