    Hi,

    Please try to disable each plugin on your site or switch to the default WordPress theme to check. I think have a conflict on your site.

    Hi there, thanks a lot for the answer.

    If I disable and enable Learnpress, or switch to the default WordPress theme, is possible that I loose all the course content? Because the backup is really heavy, so I prefer no to take the risk.

    Disable plugin will not be lost data because all data saved in your database. To be sure, you can create a new backup before change anything. We need to try to disable the plugin and switch themes to find the cause of the problem from where?
