Cannot add videos; Flash player crashes.

  • 1. When trying to add a video, there is no commit button. I can add data to the form fields, but there is no submit button. There is no explicit saying that I must purchase a license in order for it to work, which is why I presume it works without a license too.

    2. The Flash player crashes on each page load (produces an RTE dialog, saying something about a “checkMovement()” function (I’m using the debug version of Flash Player 11…).

    3. My home page CSS goes astray after enabling the plugin.

    For your kind information, we are also providing trail version of our plugin. So it will work without license key. But the license key is to change the logo on the player. Once you purchased and entered the license key in your admin panel, you can modify the player logo and player copyright information of the player will be your’s

    Regarding “no commit”, “no submit” button and CSS issue in home page, please share screenshot of your issue. SO that we can check from our end and assist you accordingly.

    Regarding Flash error, we are checking from our end. We will update the status ASAP.
