    if I attempt to add a transaction to an invoice that is assign to a company, the invoice selection never comes up even though there are invoice assigned to the company. This means the transaction can never be assigned to any specific invoice. However if the invoice is assigned to a regular contact then the invoice selection shows up and you are able to select the invoice you want assign the transaction too.

    This is a known issue and our developers are aware of this. I have added your report to our internal issue tracker.

    While we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this may be fixed, we can certainly let you know once we have an update.
