Cannot add to cart on mobile

I have no problems with desktop, only mobile. I have deactivated all plugins and figured out that it was Ship Per Product that was causing my problem. Whenever I try to click add to cart, either nothing will happen or it will redirect to a blank page with the product’s URL in the search bar. I have tried deactivating and reactivating, but not much more than that. I am in need of assistance quick. All help is encouraged. THANK YOU!
