    Fields are filled out and show data, but the product will not add to the cart. And it always show XXX is required field. How to fix it? Thanks.

    Is the Required checkbox ticked in the field’s settings?

    If so, simply leaving this checkbox empty and saving the changes should solve this out.

    I empty the checkbox, but the field or option what I choose will not show the details in my cart.

    Could you please check is this issue occur also on the Storefront theme (this is a free theme to download)?

    If not, the problem is your theme and you will need to contact Support of your theme to resolve this issue.
