    We purchased Jetpack Growth to import, also to add manually, more than 100 subscribers. It had worked fine nutil it hit 318 subscribers. But now we cannot add more, and receive the messgae below.

    We ran into a problem importing your subscribers

    We tried to check our purchased plans, but a funny thing is that we cannot see it on our Jetpack dashboard. Please see the screenshot below:

    As you see it’s Japanese but I believe you notice the icons.

    How can we solve this problem? Please let us know if you need further information from our side.

    From what you shared, it’s possible that the plan was purchased under a different account which could be causing limits on the subscriber import. Check your email/s for any purchase confirmations that might help clarify this.

    When contacting us, it’s best to use the account where you purchased the Jetpack Growth plan and mention the specific site URL that it was supposed to be purchased for. It will help with our investigation.

    Hello Reynier,

    Indeed, my co-worker (who cannot use Englidh btw) purchased the plan, tried to add subscribers with her Jetpack account and failed, and I’m using this support on behalf of her.

    I forwarded your answer to her, and she submitted a support request with her account. FYI the ref number is 9475969. We’ll await their reply.
