Cannot add Stripe feeds

I cannot add any Stripe feeds. I click on Forms -> Stripe -> Add New. I then select form and fill in all of the required fields and click Save. Page reloads and says “Feed Updated. back to list”. I then click on Forms -> Stripe and the list is empty and says “You don’t have any Stripe feeds configured. Let’s go create one!”

This is happening with every form I try to add a Stripe feed to. I need help to resolve this issue.
