Cannot add site logo

You need to do these steps:

-Replace the header.php using this code: https://gist.github.com/calvincanas/1d3db88f1b1dbf1181b2

-Add this code to your functions.php

$goran_custom_header_args = array(
	'width'         => 314,
	'height'        => 94,
	'uploads'       => true,
);
add_theme_support( 'custom-header', $goran_custom_header_args );

Then you will see the header settings under Appearance menu: https://prntscr.com/5tk3r0
