cannot add new services and fields in existing service

  • Hi,
    I have 25 active services in the plugin.
    trying to add more services, it seems to work but when i save the service disappears.
    Same when i add more fields to existing service.
    my wordpress version is 4.9.9.
    Can you say what is causing this issue?

  • I have the same problem. 17 services and the last one added will not save any fields. WP 5.2.2

    Same problem here 17 services and the last one does not save any services as well.

    Hmmm. I think there is a limit of fields allowed. I removed some fields on other services and I can now save. but that still leaves the problem though.

    Yes, sorry, it’s a known “bug” due to how the plugin saves the configuration (to the same WP setting), which as everyone has surmised has a length restriction.

    I’ve generally noticed that when users have that many services configured it’s possible to consolidate many of them. In some cases where the forms are basically the same, using dynamic values (e.g. from the query-string or hidden fields in the form itself) can allow you to reuse the same service across forms. Also, the plugin will only map fields that are present so you could add mappings for several forms in one service.
