cannot add sections in customize

  • I’m using the free version of Latte on two sites. On the first, it works great. On this site, I cannot get the Customize options to show up on the homepage. I can change the static page; I can switch to blog view; but that’s it.

    For example:

    Appearance > Customize > Intro Section > Settings > the “hide” box is unchecked, but the “Intro Section” does not show up on the page. Neither do any of the other Sections under Appearance > Customize.

    If I check and uncheck the “hide” box, the preview pane appears to show it updating, but the Section still does not show.

    I would appreciate any help! Thank you!
