• I created a subscription page with three columns and multiple rows. The 4th row “Free episodes after 4 months’ appears just fine on tablets and desktop but for some reason is omitted on mobile.

I checked the responsive mode to ensure each column is not hidden and they are not.

The only thing different about this particular row is that I changed the column widths for each of the three rows to accommodate the wording in the first row so it doesn’t cut off. Still, the overall size adds up to the same and displays correctly on the other two devices – just not mobile.

Is there something I’m missing in my troubleshooting steps?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • When I inspect that row, it shows the section has a class called “elementor-hidden-phone”, so edit the section (not the column) and make sure the responsive tab in Advanced doesn’t have mobile set to hidden.

Thank you I found it in the main section. I was looking in the sub-sections of the layer.
