When my customers attempt to add items to cart, the plug prevents them from being able to add anything.

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to denofwolves.co port 443: Connection refused (http_request_failed)

WooCommerce authentication URL access Printful needs access to WooCommerce API authorize page. This sometimes may get blocked due to hosts having unnecessarily intrusive security checks in place that prevent WooCommerce API authentication from working (for example mod_security rule #1234234). If this check fails, you will not be able authorize Printful app.

WordPress Site URL If your currently setup WordPress site URL is redirected to another URL the integration might not work correctly. Typically this happens with incorrect http to https redirects. Go to Settings > General to fix this.

I’ve disabled all other plugins and tried that method to no avail.

    No response still?

    Hey, Katherine from Printful here.
I believe I found your Woocommerce store through Printful, but I didn’t notice any error messages on our end. If you’ve tried the things suggested in your own post and it didn’t help at all, I’d suggest reaching out to your hosting provider as well. Perhaps there are some additional security measures applied to the server or the connection is blocked by security or another conflicting plugin. If this doesn’t help either, please send us a message at [email protected], so our support agents can take a look as well.
