    Thanks for reaching out!

    Could you please share your log files so we more information on why that’s happening?

    You can access them by going to WP-admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs and looking for the fatal error log that shares a timestamp with when you were trying to create a product.

    Additionally; It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    First, I put in my original post that the logs have no fatal errors when loading the “add product” or “edit product” pages. But I’ll put the successful Facebook for Woo plugin log below anyway.

    Hi @diggler Thanks for the additional info!

    It sounds like you may be experiencing a plugin conflict. In order to rule this out can you please try deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce and see if the problem persists?
