Cannot Add or Delete User Fields

  • I am having trouble with the Checkout Page.

    In the options section of ready ecommerce I cannot delete user fields that make up the fields for the checkout pages.

    I thought updating to the latest plugin version would solve it, but it did not.

    Also – I when I try to fill out the forms using the fields I do have it give me an error in red text saying I have not filled out one of the fields even though I have.

    Please help if you know what is going on. Thanks!

    Hello.
    There are some fields, that you can’t delete – this is build-in plugin fields. You can only deactivate them, this is same as delete for your store.

    Why can’t I add new ones? Is there a limit to how many user fields you can add?

    No limits, you should be able to add new user fields, just click “Add new”, fill-in form data and save new user field.
