Cannot add new users

    Hi, I have WP version 3.5.1 and have updated the plugin install and synced the users, I cannot add a new user even though they have been registered as either Administrators, Editor, Author or subscriber.

    In The Add New User page there is a message ‘Please create new users via WordPress. Once created, you can add further details here.’
    The rest of the page is empty.

    I can see users who were added before I installed the plug-in, they can be assigned to departments and seem to be working normally. Its just the new users I’ve added to WP since installing the plugin don’t show up.

    I also have latest version of PHP and MySQL installed.

    Update!
    I uninstalled the plugin and logged out, then back in again, re-installed and the latest users appeared in the staff list.

    Still cannot add new users while the plugin is ‘live’.
