Cannot Add ” New Step” in BadgeOS Plug-in

I just want to ask for help regarding adding a badge on BadgeOS plug-in. I’m having trouble adding “New Step” for the badge required steps. Kindly see screenshot https://prntscr.com/em5xxd . Can you please help me fix this?
