Cannot Add new Products after Word Press 6.2 update

Hello Team,

My website also does not allow to add new products after WordPress was update to version 6.2. After reading above inputs I tried to deactivate the “All in One SEO” plugin and then I tried to Add New Products it allows to create. Please help how should i resolve this issue. Should we downgrade to WordPress 6.1 version or should we update the plugin for “All in One SEO” from version 4.3.2 to version 4.3.6.1 or should we update the plugin “Woocommerce” from version 6.6.1 to version 7.6.1. Request you to please help resolve the same. Also I am attaching the System Status report for your ready reference.

The current version of WooCommerce is 7.6.1, with lots of fixes and improvements having shipped since the 6.6.1 release. Staying up-to-date is something we generally recommend, and that is probably also true for many of the other plugins you are using.

• Yes, it probably makes sense to trying updating not only WooCommerce but your other plugins also.
• To avoid other problems, you may prefer testing this out via a staging or testing site first, rather than on your live site.

If updating is not sufficient to solve this by itself, you may wish to run through our standard troubleshooting steps. Additionally, you may find useful error logs via the WooCommerce ? Status ? Logs admin screen that might shed some light on the source of the problem.

Thank you for the reply. But I am not a developer and my own website is in problem and i dont have testing site or staging site. Should I try to only update templates which are showing problem in the besel theme in the system status. Will this help run my website

I’d suggest updating WooCommerce to its latest version as this ensures optimal functionality.

Also, I’d suggest updating your outdated templates.
