Cannot Add New Posts or Users as Admin

  • Looking for help with my WordPress Post Page. Generally, I can go to the post page to add a new post or use the Duplicate Post Page Menu & Custom Post Type plugin to duplicate a post and re-create it. I have tried to deactivate and reactivate the duplicate plugin, and it does not work. I have also tried other ways to just create a post from scratch, and two things happen — the Builder just essentially freezes my browser, or the Dashboard creates a space for the draft that is uneditable and I cannot delete them from the Drafts. Currently I have 8 drafts that I can’t do anything with. Any help is appreciated!

    Additionally! It appears I cannot add Admins or other users in general. This just fails. My other Admin cannot even log in to our site. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

    What is Builder? Are you referring to Elementor Website Builder plugin? If you are refferring to a plugin, then i recommend asking at that plugin’s support.
