Cannot add new Image widget

  • Genesis/Mag Pro on WP 4 wiImage Widget 4.1

    AT halfwaytoconcord.com, I have several active instances of image widget but cannot add a new one.

    I set it up just like the others but it does not appear in sidebar on save.

    I note that even though it is set up like one already active the TITLE does not appear like the others, just a blank IMAGE WIDGET

    Is there some limit to how many can be used on one page at a time?
