Cannot add more than 15 ticks

It sounds like you may need to increase your servers max_input_vars. See this article https://themezly.com/docs/how-to-increase-the-max-input-vars-limit/

It may also be easiest to contact your hosting provider and have them increase it as well.

If this doesn’t help after increase the value, please let me know.

Thank you; I’ve changed this but sadly it hasn’t altered it – in fact, it’s made it worse, and deleted one of the ticks that was showing!

What was your previous value and updated value for max_input_vars?

Hi, there was no setting before, and I have now set it to 4000.

Thanks, that should be enough. Do you know what your max_input_time settings are? It’s possible the request is timing out before all the values are able to save.

Can you paste your Server info located at Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) > Server (section) of your site here so I can see other values as well?

Have you tried creating a new ticker add adding 15 or more ticks?

Can you please run through the following article to check and see if there is something else on your site that may be affecting the tickers: https://www.metaphorcreations.com/article/test-plugin-conflicts/ Be sure to switch the theme to a default theme like twentytwenty.

Let me know what you find out after running these tests.

Thank you; I will give this a go as soon as I can safely do so. We have a significant amount of traffic to the site, so changing the theme and plugins would not be a popular move right now! I’ll get back to you ASAP.

I understand, thanks for giving it a try. If you have the ability to clone and make a sandbox site to test on that would probably be the best option as to not disturb your live site.
