Cannot add media to any page or post

  • Hi sir,

    I have problem to add media into my page/post. I mean to add photo.
    there is nothing happen after choose photo and click insert into page.

    Any page got same problem, cannot add media.

    Any solution for my problem ? Please help me.

  • Hi Fahmi,

    It’s recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Please also ensure to use the latest version of the theme.
