Cannot Add Media or Edit Hyperlinks

    Since Friday I have been unable to add media or edit hyperlinks to my site. I thought it was due to a plugin, ZipList, so I deactivated, then removed the plugin. And the problem still existed. I have tried changing themes to twenty 14 and that did not fix the problem. I also deactivated all my plugins and reactivated them, cleared the cache, and nothing has helped. I now have no recipes on my site and cannot add any new posts with photos.

    Having same issue except, I’ve found two .htaccess: ._.htaccess and .htaccess

    The code in the .htaccess is as follows:

    Order Deny,Allow
    Deny from all
    <FilesMatch “^(form|akismet)\.(css|js)$”>
    Allow from all
    </FilesMatch>
    #allow access to any image
    <FilesMatch “^(.+)\.(png|gif)$”>
    Allow from all
    </FilesMatch>

    Not at all what’s shown in the link from an earlier post.

    Tried that! It’s a fresh install of 4.0 and no plugins active. I’ll begin a new thread. Thanks!
