Cannot Add Group Page

Weird issue here – I can add groups fields and field groups…. but in admin when i click on Add New (Group Pages – wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gpages) – the page just reloads and i do not get any “form” or page that allows me to add a new page…. in chrome i pick up no errors???
Any ideas?
