Cannot Add Games with League Manager plug-in

    I recently added the League Manager plug-in for my website.
    I have used the MSTW Schedules and Scoreboards previously.
    I exported the Schedules and Scoreboards data for Teams, Venues following the directions on the support pages.
    I created a League for the District Football and associated the teams to that League.
    When I try to Add a Game or Add a Game through the Game Manager, the drop down menus do not appear and there is no place to choose the teams.
