Cannot Add / Edit Menu

  • Hi
    i try to add category as menu. after selection of the category and i click on ‘Add to Menu’ but it doesn’t have any changes. it’s new installation wordpress version 4.1. use default themes and no plugin enable.
    i suspect last month i did upgrade PHP version to higher version

    My current Php Version
    PHP 5.4.35 (cli) (built: Nov 14 2014 07:04:10)
    Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2014 Zend Technologies
    with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.7.2, Copyright (c) 2002-2014, by ionCube Ltd.
    with Suhosin v0.9.37, Copyright (c) 2007-2014, by SektionEins GmbH

    i also increase my memory in php.ini
    memory_limit = 256M
    suhosin.post.max_vars = 3000
    suhosin.request.max_vars = 3000
    suhosin.get.max_vars = 3000
    max_input_vars = 3000

    but all no luck. anyone experience on this? thanks

    it has same issue with my widget. my widget also cannot add anything after i click on save and refresh on the page it back to the page that i haven’t save anything yet.
