    If I add a default user field to a registration form, the user field is ‘locked’ in the pick-list. So, I can only add it once. However, if I delete the field from the registration form, it is removed from the form but it remains ‘locked’ in the ‘pick-list’, which means it cannot be added again.

    So, it is possible to get into a situation where you want to add a default user field but cannot do so because it is ‘locked’.

    We have acknowledged the issue over here. We will fix this in the upcoming update. For now, you can update the form after deleting the field and add the field again.
