Cannot add custom fields

  • Is adding custom fields a PRO only feature?

    Whenever I try to add any kind of custom field, after I fill out the form and click “add”, I go back to the main “Custom Fields” page with the message “Oops! There are no custom fields for this user role.” (I scroll through all of the different user roles with the same message).

    It appears like whenever I try to add something it never actually saves the info.

    Any ideas?

  • I am having the same issue – any custom fields I create are not saved. I did find though that any content added on the profile page – e.g. About Me was saved.
    Perhaps it is an issue with the DB?

    No, the custom field is not a Pro only features. All custom fields are available in free version.

    The issue appears to be with your server database. If you can send us required login on our helpdesk our support staff can fix it for you.
