Cannot add any images or access Next GEN settings. Bad URL for plugin scripts.

    Hello, I just installed the plugin and I am unable to add any images. I see this message:
    Your browser doesn’t have Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.

    When I go into the console of the page there are dozens of 404 errors stating it cannot load any NextGEN CSS or JS scripts. It seems as though the plugin is trying to load the scripts from the wrong URL.

    The url it is trying to load the scripts from is https://myurl.com/https://myurl.com/wp-content/
    Why is it putting my URL twice when trying to get the path for its scripts?
    Where is this defined?

    I checked my wp-config.php file and there are zero WP_CONTENT_URL or WP_CONTENT_DIR mentions.
