Cannot add any forum

Unfortunately I Cannot add any forum nor any user group ??

Too bad since I’d like very much to use this plugin.

I deactivated ALL other plugins so I am pretty sure is not a conflicting problem.

Any help or clue?

We got this working finally by installing WP Forum – or Forum Server, then going back to Mingle Forum for anyone else who may see this problem.
