    When moving the cursor to the “Add Another Item” button, it shows the link “www.mysite.com/wp-admin/post.php” at the bottom of the page (if using the IE) which does not seem to be right. If I click the “Add Another Item” button, the page will refresh and shows “Invoice updated.”

    As the result, I cannot add any additional line item in my invoice (same as the quote), and my invoice can only have one line.

    Can anyone please tell me how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Have you tried it out on a different browser? We would recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome.
    We don’t test the plugin with Internet Explorer – basically because Internet Explorer is old and very bad.

    If a new browser doesn’t fix it can you please go to the Tools menu under Sliced Invoices and download your system info info file and then email that to support(at)slicedinvoices.com

    We will take a look for you.

    Thank you so much for your prompt response. Unfortunately the issue is not fixed by changing the browser to Chrome.

    It turns out to be a conflict with my theme (Themify Corporate).

    Here’s the solution provided by Sliced Invoices support team:

    You can upload the attached file into your Themify theme folder. This will disable the Page Builder scripts from loading within the invoice pages

    or

    You can go to https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=themify and disable the Theme Builder entirely. But this would also disable it for Posts and Pages.

    I would recommend the first option.

    Anyone who has the same issue can ask me for a copy of the code provided by Sliced Invoices for disabling the Page Builder scripts from loading within the invoice pages.

    I have found the issue and it is with the Themify theme. But it is easily fixed.
    The ‘Theme Builder’ that they use is causing the issue so there are 2 options:
