• I have used this plugin for some time now and I’m very happy with it.
    Last week, I noticed that my products using CPO were no longer able to be added to the cart.
    When trying to add an item to the cart, the following message shows up: “Sorry, this product cannot be added to the cart in this way”.
    I’ve tried to change every setting in de CPO builder. Even when I only turn on the main function and leave everything else as basic as it can be, the error message shows up.
    New products using UNI CPO show the same message.

    As far as I know, I didn’t install any other plugins recently.

    Are there any known issues causing this?

    Hi,

    Please, switch to Storefront theme and deactivate all the plugins except WC and Uni CPO and check again.

    Thank you for the quick response. I’ve followed your advice and deactivated all plugins except WC and Uni CPO and switched themes. I still got the error message.

    Anything else I can check?
