Cannot add a third Boxilla Box to My Front Page?

    I use Boxilla for pop-up boxes on our website. I have two boxes on our Welcome’s /Front Page. When I try to add a third box to that page, it will not show up on the site. Is there a limit to the number of boxes you can add to a page? Or, am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

    Can you make a screenshot of the settings of the box that is not showing up and share a link to where we can (not) see that box?

    Hey @jfdowshen,

    Is “Front-page” the actual slug of your home page? Can you also share a screenshot of the settings of the other BoxZilla pop-up (ID 1019) that works on the home page?

    Yes, Front-page is the slug. Here’s a screen shot of the Boxillas for one of the other two boxes that do show up on that page. Hope you can find some settings error I missed. Thanks for your help.

    For the box that doesn’t work, on the top of the condition list it’s set to “all”.
    I suppose you meant to set that to “any”. Can you change that and try again?

    Thanks, Lap. I did change to “any” and it still didn’t work. BUT…I noticed that I was directing the box to “Front-page”. I finally realized the the capital “F” should have been lower case. That was the whole problem. Thanks again for helping me find it!
