Cannot activate W3TC license key to unlock premium module

I’ve purchased a premium license key for W3TC on Feb 20th. In the meantime I’ve tried contacting W3Edge through email (not long after the purchase), later through the bug report form in the W3TC plugin itself (about a week ago) and through twitter (yesterday). Haven’t heard back on any of them (the twitter account doesn’t seem very active, that’s why I haven’t given it that much time to wait for a response on there).
The issue is: I can’t activate the key. When I check it through the button in the W3TC settings it says it’s a valid key, but when the settings are saved there’s a notice at the top of the page saying it’s not active on that site.
This was supposed to be a gift to a client of mine, to unlock more speed for his Genesis-powered website. But it appears to be a fiasco.
I’m posting this here, because I don’t feel that anything else is working. Hoping to get a response through here. And, ofcourse, to get this sorted out.
