Cannot activate, update or delete

    When I try to activate, I get this error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Warning: require_once(/home5/veganmos/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/wpseo-functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home5/veganmos/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php on line 167

    When I try to delete, I get this error:
    Plugin could not be deleted due to an error: Could not fully remove the plugin(s) wordpress-seo/wp-seo.php.

    I cannot update it either

  • I am running 4.3.1. I had Yoast installed and working but I deactivated and updates the plugin. Not I am not able to activate it again. It gives message that plugin is activated but it is not getting activated.
