Cannot activate the plugin

    I am new here and I have a probpel with activating the openPOS Plugin.
    Installation works.
    After installing I want to activate the plugin and get the following Errormessage:

    Das Plugin kann nicht aktiviert werden, da es einen fatalen Fehler erzeugt.

    Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in /var/www/vhosts/schiesszentrum-hochfranken.de/httpdoc/wp-content/plugins/wpos-lite-version/vendor/picqer/php-barcode-generator/src/BarcodeGenerator.php on line 29
