Cannot activate Pro Licence

Hi, 4 days ago I purchased Pro Licence for 5 websites. After that I tried activating on 3 different stores with latest WP and Woo but no luck. I always get error: “Something went wrong! Please check the key and try again.” As if the key is wrong? I tried contacting the developer over different channels but no luck so now I am also trying here.
