Cannot activate pro

    I had the non paid version on my site, I uninstalled it, bought the paid version, downloaded from my account. When I try to enter the purchase code, the space reserved to add the code is grayed out and it asks me to upgrade.

    I uninstall the plugin and oh boy the mess it leaves behind. Anyway it doesn’t matter how many times I reinstall it, I still cannot activate the paid version. It is probably a file from the left over of the free version

    and to add to my OP yes I have installed the paid version and NOT the free version of www.remarpro.com
