Cannot activate plugin

    Greetings everyone, I have recently been asked to care for a website using this plugin. For some reason it has both the free version and the Pro version. Is this a normal installation?

    However, the Pro version is deactivated and when I have tried to activate it, it appears to do something, but remains deactivated, does it need a license to be activated?

    Hi @axiom28,

    Thanks for reaching out! You only require one plugin to be installed on a site – either the Free version or the Pro version.

    If they don’t have a license key for the Pro version, you can deactivate it and install the free version.
